Baggu x WAATBD

I applied to an open call from Baggu and WAATBD (Where are all the black designers) and sent in one of my favorite designs that were really about expanding illustration into the realm of words. Mine reads “Support Black Designers”, The colors with the flowers and patterns are meant to provoke others to wonder what it is saying. I ended up being selected alongside 3 other designers.

The ultimate purpose of the open call was to raise money for WAATBD organization and draw attention to the crisis there is in the creative industry. Which is the lack of diversity.
